  • Dr. Faytell Grimm can assist attorneys with referral questions related to their client’s cognitive and neuropsychological abilities and/or limitations.

  • We work closely with attorneys to address various probate issues, including:

    • guardianship

    • conservatorship

    • testamentary capacity

    • Rogers orders

    • other probate issues (e.g., need for guardian ad litem or substituted judgment, etc.)

  • We work with organizations and individuals to provide evaluations addressing questions such as fitness-for-duty, risk assessment, and other concerns.
